Andrew Keung

General Sales Manager

Andrew is down-to-earth, friendly, and very much a family man. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Pasadena, CA, he’s spent 18 years in the auto industry as is Nelson Honda’s General Sales Manager. At work, Andrew’s favorite part of his job is seeing the smile on a customer’s face when they leave, and knowing he’s earned the trust and respect of that customer for life. Customers have noted how courteous and friendly he is to work with. At home, Andrew loves spending time with his family, attending his two kids’ activities, and playing basketball. On a long weekend, you’ll find him relaxing at the beach.

Seb Badoyan

Sales Manager

Seb has been in the automotive industry for almost two decades and has been a staple of the Nelson Honda family for several years. As Sales Manager, he enjoys helping customers get exactly what they need and want from a vehicle. Seb is an inspiring personality to be around. He is Armenian, was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, and moved to the U.S. in 1983. Extremely dedicated to his wife and three kids, Seb is a proud cancer survivor who has been in remission for over 10 years. He’s also very involved with the Shriners Hospital for Kids and the Masons Santa Barbara Language Center for children.

Joe Yu

Sales Manager

Joe is a long-time member of the Nelson Honda team and has over 23 years’ experience in the auto industry. His role is Sales Manager, and he feels a great sense of accomplishment at knowing he’s providing customers with a friendly, professional service. Joe takes great pride and honor in his life journey. After coming to the U.S. from Hong Kong at age 11, he grew up in Washington D.C., became a U.S. citizen, and became a U.S. Marine after high school. Joe is loyal and dedicated to his family and spends his free time with his two daughters, whose births are among his most cherished life memories.

Mario Martinez

Finance Director

Mario is our Finance Director, offers over twenty years’ background in the auto industry, and he loves getting to meet and help new people every day. Raised in Necochea, Argentina, Mario loves taking trips—to Las Vegas, Rosarito and Loretto B.C. on long weekends and to Argentina on vacation. Easygoing and caring, Mario loves spending time with his three kids and riding his motorcycle.

Jessica Jaen

Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant

Jessica has over a decade’s experience in the auto industry, and her role on the Nelson Honda team is Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant. Jessica has a warm, bubbly personality and the job gives her a chance to meet lots of new people, which she loves. Raised in Upland, CA, she spends her free time enjoying the company of her husband and dogs or renovating her new home. Jessica’s enthusiasm isn’t just for meeting new people: In addition to getting married and graduating from CSU Fullerton, she lists “Life itself!” as one of her favorite life experiences.

Allen Ho

Sales and Leasing Associate

As one of the newer additions to the Nelson Honda team, Allen brings 27 years of experience in the auto industry to his role as Team Leader, and we are glad to have him aboard. The role of Team Leader is a great fit for Allen, who sincerely puts people first. Friendly, compassionate and easy-going, he enjoys that his job gives him the chance to make friends and help people. Raised in Taiwan, his favorite thing to do on a long weekend here in CA is to head out on a cruise. He spends his free time with family, bowling, and watching movies.

Jerry Wang

Sales and Leasing Consultant

Jerry is friendly, easy-going and helpful, which is a perfect fit for his role as Sales and Leasing Consultant with Nelson Honda. He’s been a part of the team for two years, and still his favorite part of the job is meeting, talking, and building relationships with the customers he meets. Raised in Shanghai, China, Jerry’s favorite place to spend a long weekend is at the beach or the lake, where he loves to fish. He spends his free time enjoying the company of his family.

Matthew Wai

Sales and Leasing Consultant

Matthew has been in the automotive industry for five years and is part of Nelson Honda as a Sales and Leasing Consultant to serve our customers. Matthew spent his early childhood in Hong Kong and grew up in Los Angeles, and he continues to enjoy broadening his horizons through reading world newspapers and exposing himself to new ideas. Helpful, friendly, and dedicated to his job, Matthew’s favorite aspect of his role on the Nelson Honda team is taking care of peoples’ needs and wants.

Mike Tapia

Sales and Leasing Consultant

Mike is a Team Leader for Nelson Honda and has over a decade of experience in the auto industry. Raised in sunny Pasadena, CA, Mike is active, friendly, and outgoing. At work, he loves creating lifelong relationships with his clients. In his free time, he spends as much time as he can with family and loved ones. He likes taking the occasional weekend trip to Las Vegas, but no matter where he is, Mike’s sure to enjoy himself. If asked about his favorite life experiences, Mike says there are “too many to list.”

Rafael Fuentes Gonzalez

Sales and Leasing Consultant

Rafael is one of the newer additions to the Nelson Honda team, and is a great fit as a Sales and Leasing Consultant. Raised in Monrovia, CA, Rafael loves really getting to know the wide range of people who come into the dealership. Active, upbeat, courteous and loyal, Rafael loves spending time with his family, playing soccer, and going hiking with his dog. Rafael’s most cherished life experiences are the day he became a U.S. citizen and the travel and cultures he experienced as a member of the U.S. Navy.

Ray Cheng

Internet Manager

Ray is Nelson Honda’s Internet Manager, and he uses his technological skills to help customers find good deals on the cars that they’re interested in. Ray was raised in Rowland Heights, CA, and he truly lives life to the fullest. He spends as much time as he can with family and loved ones, and will not pass up the chance to spend a long weekend in Las Vegas. Ray is fun to be around, friendly with customers, and an honest, hardworking person.

Ronnie Williams Jr.

Sales and Leasing Consultant

Ronnie is humble, hardworking, and dedicated to his family. As a Sales and Leasing Consultant for Nelson Honda, he loves that his job lets him meet new people and create life-long relationships with them. Raised in El Monte, CA, Ronnie’s favorite places to visit on a long weekend are the beach, Disney Land, Lego Land, and anywhere he can do fun activities with his wife and two sons.

Rigo is a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Nelson Honda, where he has been a member of our team for almost a decade. Rigo is very outgoing and friendly, which makes him a great fit for the job.
